Top Trending Luxury Corporate Diwali Gifts

Diwali is the biggest gifting season in India, and the easiest one to get wrong. Hundreds of boxes leave an office in the same week. Most are opened, appreciated for a day, and forgotten by December.

The ones that last are the ones people actually use — a bag carried to work every morning, a notebook that stays on the desk, something made well enough to still be around in three years.

That is why leather suits corporate gifting so well. It is hard-wearing, it looks better as it ages rather than worse, and it takes both your company's logo and your recipient's name without ever looking like a promotional item.

Diwali 2026 falls on Sunday, 8 November. Below are the pieces our corporate clients are choosing this season, starting with those that suit the broadest lists and ending with those kept for a few names.

LT Smart Leather Notebook with Power Bank

This is how the piece is actually used — carried under an arm, on the way into a meeting. Which is the point of it.

The Italian VT stripe runs the length of the cover in raised leather ribs, so the surface catches light instead of sitting flat. Navy on navy against a suit, with the gold LT mark set quietly at the corner. Your company's logo goes where you want it, embossed into the same leather.

Inside is the part that makes it different from every other diary given at Diwali: a 5000 mAh power bank built into the body. So a phone dying before a presentation and a thought that needs writing down are handled by the same object, already in the bag.

The LT Smart Notebook comes in Italian VT stripe blue, brown and grey, and in nappa brown, black and cherry. The paper refills are ours too, so it does not finish when the pages do — it carries into the next year, and the year after.

Of everything we make, this is the piece most often ordered by the thousand. A gift that charges a phone gets opened on the first evening and used on the second morning.

Laptop Sleeve V

Every gifting list has a broad middle: the people who make a company run, whose names fill three columns of a spreadsheet, and who too often receive something ordinary because there are so many of them.

Laptop Sleeve V is the piece that changes that.

Slim, softly structured, cut from genuine leather that takes the warmth of a hand almost immediately. It slides into a bag or is carried alone. It weighs almost nothing and yet feels like something — that particular density leather has, which no synthetic material has managed to imitate.

It suits a twenty-four-year-old in a first job and a regional head with twenty years behind them, which is a rare thing in a gift. In brown or black, it asks no questions and needs no explanation.

Harbinger Tech Kit & Mini Notebook Combo

Some people in every company are perpetually mid-journey. A flight at six. A client in another city. A bag that has never quite been unpacked.

For them, this pairing in tan leather: a tech kit that holds chargers and cables in stitched leather loops so nothing tangles, and a small refillable notebook for the thoughts that arrive between one meeting and the next.

The tan deepens with handling. Within a year it carries the evidence of where it has been — darker at the corners, softer at the fold. The notebook takes refills, so it does not expire. It simply continues, year after year, which is the quiet luxury of a thing made properly.

A more restrained version of the same idea is the Leather Tech Organizer & Notebook Set.

Austin Folio Bag

Most people are still carrying a bag bought a long time ago. The corners have softened in the wrong way. The lining has given up. They have intended to replace it for two years and never quite found the morning.

The Austin Folio Bag is the bag that finally arrives.

Full-grain leather, structured to hold its shape rather than slump. Reinforced where a bag is always asked to carry more than it should. Stitching close and even, edges finished by hand. It is the kind of piece that looks better after three winters than it did on the first day, because full-grain leather does not wear out. It develops a character, and the character becomes the owner's own.

Given to a department head, or to a client who stayed through a difficult year, it says something a card cannot.

LT Smart Desktop Planner Set V2 with Wireless Charging

A phone laid face-down on a desk is a small, constant interruption. Picked up, plugged in, moved, plugged in again.

The LT Smart Desktop Planner Set V2 removes it entirely. Wireless charging sits within the leather itself — the phone is set down, and it charges. No cable across the desk. No socket to hunt for. Nothing visible but leather.

In brick brown and brick black, with the full complement of a planner set around it.

This is our newest piece and the one leadership responds to fastest, because it resolves something encountered forty times a week that no one had thought to complain about. That is a particular kind of gift — the sort that becomes indispensable before anyone notices it has.

Desktop Planner Set I

There is an old idea that a desk tells you about the person seated behind it. Since people began choosing which days to come in, it has become truer rather than less so.

The Desktop Planner Set I is a complete desk in croco-embossed leather. Every element in the same hand and the same finish, so the surface reads as composed rather than accumulated over years of small purchases. Six colourways as standard — and for companies who prefer it, shades matched to their own palette.

Its value is permanence. A wallet lives out of sight. A desk set is present in every meeting, every call, every Monday morning for years, holding its place in the room.

Great Dane Folio, Wallet & Belt Combo

Sometimes a single object feels thin, and a hamper feels assembled. A matched set resolves both.

The Great Dane Combo is folio, wallet and belt in one leather, one finish, one box — complete on arrival, with nothing left to curate. In black, brown, blue and olive green, sized 34 to 42.

For larger lists, the Men's Wallet, Pen & Keyring Set carries the same leather and the same personalisation, at a scale that works across a full floor.

Edgar Italian VT Stripe Folio

At the very top of every list are a handful of names. A board member. The client whose account carried the year. The relationship that took a decade of patience to build.

For these, the Edgar.

Designed in Italy, made in premium leather, with the signature VT stripe running its length — a detail that gives it identity in a boardroom where every other bag is a black rectangle. In navy blue, grey, brown and green. The proportions are exact. The hardware carries weight. Everything about it has been decided rather than defaulted.

The highest compliment a corporate gift can receive is that it does not look like one. The Edgar looks like something its owner chose for themselves, in a shop, after some deliberation. That is precisely why it gets carried.

The Edgar GrandMaster offers the same presence in full-grain Italian leather.

Personalisation: Your Logo, Their Name

Most corporate gifts carry a logo. Far fewer carry a name, and the difference between them decides what happens to the gift after Diwali.

A logo makes a gift recognisably yours. It keeps your company in view, and on a bag carried into meetings it works quietly as a reminder. But a logo alone leaves the object generic — one of two hundred identical things, kept if useful and passed along if not.

A name changes its ownership. Initials pressed into leather make that piece belong to one person and to nobody else. It cannot be regifted. It cannot be pooled into a drawer of spares. It becomes theirs the moment the box is opened.

Personalised leather name tag with monogrammed initials by Leather Talks

The finest gifts carry both. The recipient's initials embossed outside, where they are seen each morning. Your company's mark placed within — on a lining panel, beneath a flap — discovered rather than announced. The first says this was made for you. The second says by us. Neither raises its voice, and both are remembered.

What we can do

  • Blind embossing — initials or a logo pressed into the leather without foil. The most restrained finish, and the one that ages best.
  • Foil embossing — gold, silver or copper, matched to your brand.
  • Debossed logo plates — for larger marks or multi-colour identities.
  • Custom colourways — leather dyed to your palette rather than selected from what exists.
  • Bespoke construction — dimensions, compartments, hardware and lining altered to your specification.

What it requires from you

A vector file of your logo — .ai, .eps or .svg. Embossing dies are cut directly from it, and a low-resolution image must be redrawn first, which costs days.

And if names are to be pressed individually, a final recipient list. Once the run begins, a name cannot be changed.

What We Have Already Made, and For Whom

Bespoke leather corporate gifting programme created for SGS India by Leather Talks

The most useful thing we can tell you about a gifting programme is that we have already built one like it.

SGS India came to us with a question most companies eventually face: how to gift meaningfully to two very different audiences without making one feel like an afterthought of the other.

The answer was one design language, expressed at two levels. For their VIP clients, a bespoke programme — leather selected against their identity, construction built to brief, the brand mark placed with restraint rather than stamped across the surface. For their wider list of employees and clients, the same leather and the same mark in pieces made for daily use.

Nothing in either tier looked like a giveaway. That is the whole point of building rather than buying: a recipient at any level opens something made for them, and the company reads as consistent from the boardroom down.

We have done comparable work for Tata Steel, Welspun India, ICICI Prudential, Vivo, Dalmia Cement, Century Ply, Bangur Cement, Balmer Lawrie, MSN Laboratories, AMPS Biotech and Prestige Golfshire Club. Each began the same way: a conversation about who was receiving, what they carry, and what the company wanted remembered.

Why we can do this

Because we manufacture. Leather Talks has made its own goods in Kolkata since 1973, and that single fact decides what is possible:

  • Colour to your brand — hides dyed to your palette, not selected from a stock card.
  • Construction to your brief — dimensions, compartments, hardware and lining altered for your recipients.
  • Consistency at volume — two thousand pieces from the same leather, the same shade, the same hand. The last box no different from the first.
  • No margin in between — the price is the price of the making, with nobody standing between the workshop and your table.

Fifty-three years is long enough to have learned which shortcuts cost you later. We have taken none of them.

A Word About Time

Diwali falls on Sunday, 8 November 2026, with Dhanteras on the sixth.

Leather worth giving is not made in haste. Dies must be cut. Hides must be selected and matched. Names, where names are being pressed, must be final before the run begins.

The first week of October is when this conversation should be taking place. The middle of October is when it should be settled.

Questions We're Asked Every October

When should we place a Diwali gifting order?

Artwork and samples should be approved in the first week of October, with the order confirmed by mid-October. Personalised orders require roughly six weeks from confirmation to dispatch.

Can you handle large quantities?

Yes. We manufacture in our own units, so quantity is a question of lead time rather than availability. Orders run from fifty pieces to several thousand, with no substitution and no colour drift between the first box and the last.

Can the leather be matched to our brand colour?

Yes. Because we dye and cut in-house, colourways can be made to your palette rather than selected from stock shades. This must be decided early, as dyeing extends the production window.

Do you personalise every piece with individual names?

Yes, on any leather surface suited to embossing. Individual names require a final recipient list before production begins, and add time compared with logo-only embossing.

What file do you need for our logo?

A vector file — .ai, .eps or .svg. Dies are cut directly from it. A JPG or PNG can be redrawn, but that must happen before the first week of October.

Can you ship to multiple cities?

Yes. We dispatch across metros and to individual home addresses for distributed teams. Address lists should be gathered well before the final week of October, when volume shipping slows.

Can we see a sample before committing?

Yes, and we recommend it. A sample carrying your own embossing is the only reliable way to judge placement, foil and finish before a full run.

What if our requirement matches nothing in the catalogue?

Then we make it. Dimensions, compartments, hardware and lining can all be specified. Several of our long-standing corporate pieces began as one client's request.
