Returns & Exchange Policy
International Orders
- For international orders, once the product has been dispatched, it is not possible to cancel or refund the order.
- Customized products cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
- Before dispatch, customers may cancel the order, change the product, or modify the personalization, by notifying us promptly.
Returns & Exchanges – Domestic Orders
- Goods can be exchanged or returned within 2 to 3 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and price labels intact.
- Returns and exchanges do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, water, solvents, regular wear and tear, or purely cosmetic damage such as scratched leather.
⚠️ All customized products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Exchange Time Frame: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your exchange request. The replacement product will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days after the return is received and verified.
Delivery of Exchange Product: After we receive your returned item and complete the quality check process, the replacement will be shipped. Delivery of the exchanged product will be completed within 7 days from processing.
If You Don’t Like the Product (Domestic Orders Only)
- If, after receiving the product, you decide you don’t like it, we will arrange to pick it up.
· Once we receive and verify the product's condition, we will initiate your refund.
· Although we offer free delivery, in this case, we will deduct one-time shipping charges from the refund amount.
Product Disputes or Defects
· If there is any dispute or defect in the product due to our error, we will arrange for a free return pickup and provide a full refund or replacement, as per your preference.
In Case of an Exchange or Refund
- You may choose any other Leather Talks product of equal value.
- Alternatively, opt for a 100% money-back refund, excluding shipping charges, if the return shipping is handled by us.

If you wish to return all or part of your order:

- Upon validating your request, we will:
- Email you a Return Authorization
- Provide pickup instructions OR
- Send a return shipping label for you to self-courier the product
The return package must reach us within 15 days from the date of return authorization.
