Refund & Cancellation

Order Cancellation – www.leathertalks.com

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by writing to us at support@leathertalks.com. Once we receive your request, cancellation will be processed within 24 hours, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Note:

  • If the order has not been packaged or shipped, we will cancel it and refund the full amount.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, we regret that we will be unable to cancel it.

Refund Process After Cancellation

Once your return package is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.
  • If not eligible, the product will be returned to you on a to-pay basis.

All return requests are resolved within 10 days from the date of receiving the package.

Refunds will be reflected in your account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of approval.

Modes of Refund

  • Cash Payments: Refunded via cheque.
  • Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: Refunded directly to the original payment method.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2–3 days of purchase.
  • The product must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Customized products
    • Products damaged due to misuse, water, solvents, or regular wear and tear
    • Cosmetic issues like minor leather scratches

⚠️ Customized products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

If You Don’t Like the Product

  • We offer a pickup service if you're unsatisfied.
  • Upon receiving and verifying the product, we will initiate a refund.
  • A one-time shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Product Defects or Disputes

  • If the defect is due to our error, we will:
    • Arrange free return pickup
    • Offer full refund or replacement based on your choice

Exchange or Refund Options

  • Exchange for another Leather Talks product of equal value
  • Opt for a 100% refund, excluding return shipping costs (if handled by us)

Returns Procedure

If you wish to return all or part of your order:

  1. Notify us within 2 working days of receiving the product.
  2. Reach out via:

  3. Once validated, we will:
    • Email you a Return Authorization
    • Share pickup instructions or a return shipping label

🕒 The return package must reach us within 15 days from the date of authorization.

1. Self-Courier:

2. Doorstep Pickup:

Inform us and we will arrange for a pickup via our authorized logistics partner. Ensure the product is securely packed with all necessary documentation and the provided return label.


International Orders

  • Once dispatched, international orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Customized products are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  • Prior to dispatch, customers may:
    • Cancel the order
    • Modify the product
    • Change personalization details
      (by contacting us promptly)
